WLCMBCK is a marketing platform operated by Rabid Robot LLC. We provide email-based promotional services to cafés, bars, bakeries, and similar establishments. You may reach us at [email protected].

We collect your data when you:

  • Scan a QR code and enter your information

  • Submit a form via our hosted landing pages (built with WordPress and WPForms)

  • Interact with our marketing emails (opens, clicks, etc.)

We store and process data using Brevo (Sendinblue), which is based in France and GDPR-compliant. If any data is transferred or accessed from outside the EU (e.g. by WLCMBCK staff in the U.S.), it is done under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or similar legally valid safeguards.

Our website is hosted on Hostinger.

We take appropriate measures to secure your data, including SSL encryption, plugin and server security updates, limited dashboard access, and backups.

Form submissions made through WPForms are stored in our secure WordPress database. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for marketing and operational purposes, unless a user requests deletion.

6-a. Third-Party Technical Partners


To deliver our services efficiently and securely, we may engage third-party technical partners (Such as team management and design partners, developers…) who support the development and operation of our platform.
